Helping Us Care for More Pets, More Efficiently

At our clinic, we value your time — and our doctors’ time — equally. To keep our schedule running smoothly and reduce missed appointments (“no-shows”) that leave our medical team waiting, we’ve updated our appointment booking process.

Our goal isn’t to make things harder or turn anyone away. We simply want to ensure that when a time slot is reserved, it’s truly held for a pet who needs it.

 

1. Credit Card on File — It’s Just a Hold, Not a Charge

To reserve a specific appointment time with one of our doctors, we now require a credit card on file. Please rest assured: no charges are made at the time of booking. Your card is securely stored to hold your reservation — just like a hotel booking — and the $85 exam fee will only be processed when you arrive for your appointment.

 

 

2. Prefer Not to Leave a Card? We Still Welcome Walk-Ins!

We understand that not everyone feels comfortable sharing card details over the phone. That’s perfectly fine — you can still visit us as a Walk-In client.

 

 

 

3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can help as many pets as possible each day, we’ve introduced a 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments will incur a $50 No-Show Fee, charged to the card on file.

This fee helps us make sure every appointment slot can be used to care for another pet who needs attention that day.

 

 

4. If Something Comes Up… We Understand!

Life happens. If you miss an appointment or have concerns about a fee, please talk to us. Our team is here to listen and work with you.

For long-time clients or first-time situations, we may offer a one-time courtesy waiver or apply the amount as an account credit for your next visit — because our goal is to keep caring for your pet, not to penalize you.
